- Condition: The product (OKRADI G36) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Shipping & Fees
We believe in clear pricing with no hidden fees.
- Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning your item (Change of mind). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that are in original condition.
