1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following Google and Shopify compliant criteria:

  • Condition: The product (OKRADI G36) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Shipping & Fees

We believe in clear pricing with no hidden fees.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning your item (Change of mind). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that are in original condition.

3. How to Start a Return

To comply with our streamlined process, please strictly follow these steps:

Step 2: Label
We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 3: Refund
