We ship directly from our warehouses to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
2. Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $100.00 or more within the Contiguous United States.
Standard Orders (Under $100): For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Excluded Regions: Free shipping may not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

⚠️ Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your details at checkout.
📦 Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to send a replacement at no cost.
💔 Damaged Items:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a prompt replacement.
