Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we entrust our deliveries to reliable carriers, unforeseen issues can sometimes occur in transit.

  • If your package is lost in transit: In the unfortunate event that your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or is confirmed lost, please contact our support team at info@okradi.com. We will work with the carrier and ensure a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
  • If your package arrives damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. This will help us file a claim with the carrier. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund for you.

Incorrect Address

Please Note: It is crucial to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
